Bobby's final ride

Today, August 26, 2012, we accompanied Renato Pacleb Bunoan, or "Bobby", in his final ride - to his final resting place. More than 50 cyclists from Montalban Cycling Club and from San Mateo Bikers Club, joined in his funeral procession from  Loyola Commonwealth to Paraiso Memorial Park in San Mateo. Bobby is an avid cyclist who shared his time and talent in espousing cycling advocacies - cycling promotion, cycling safety, tree planting and environmental concerns, among others. He had joined rides by CYCAD, Fireflies, and our own to help pursue these advocacies. During his tenure as an official of MCC, Bobby performed his duties well. He will surely be missed.
